DIAMORPH HOB CERTEC of which we have been a representative since it was first established, is one of the world's leading companies in manufacturing of rolls used in ceramic furnaces.
HOB CERTEC was established as a Czech/German high-tech company in the Czech Republic in 1995 by the German ceramist Heinz Poehlmann.
It adapted its new name DIAMORF HOB CERTEC by the partnership of a Swedish technology company in 2012.
10% of ceramic manufacture of the world has been being performed by this company. They are the most widely used roll brand in Turkey.
DIAMORPH HOB CERTEC ROLLER TYPES
SPECIALROLL: It has a strength of 45 N / mm2. Being resistant to temperatures up to 1240˚C, it is particularly suitable for wall and floor tile manufacturing.
SUPERROLL: It has a strength of 50 N / mm2. Being resistant to temperatures up to 1260˚C, it is particularly suitable for large-sized wall and floor tiles and granite production.
HYPERROLL -NG: It has a strength of 65 N / mm2. It's resistant to temperatures up to 1350˚C. It's a high-performance roll, resistant to the conditions with heavy tiles, high temperatures and excessive chemical damage.
HYPERROLL DENSE NANO: It has a strength of 110 N / mm2. It's resistant to temperatures up to 1350˚C. It is the first and only "zero porosity" roll in the world, strengthened by using Nano Particles in the manufacture. It's the most ideal solution especially for furnaces with bending problems.
CORRECTORROLL: It's a conic roll with a 3 mm diameter difference between edges and middle. It is used in small numbers (50-60 pieces) before fire zone and enables tiles to enter the fire zone in a very smooth sequence.
SUPERRINGROLL: It is manufactured particularly for the Sudden Cooling Zone by reducing the contact surface of tiles with the roll. It enables tiles to be cooled down faster and homogeneously in this zone.
HYPERROLL- RCZ: Being a zero porosity roll, it is recommended to be used in the Sudden Cooling Zone due to the height of the Thermal Conductivity.
