Cordierite Furnace Shelf Plates
The Cordierite plates particularly used as carrier shelves in the furnaces where Ceramic, Sanitary-ware, Porcelain and Technique ceramic materials are cooked are resistant to temperatures up to 1230˚C. Cordierite and Mullidurit plates are materials you can find in our inventory continuously in various sizes.
You can also give special orders for cordierite feet required for ordering the Cordierite Plates. All these materials are resistant to thermal shocks with low thermal expansion and long lasting when used right.
It has been found in tests that have been performed that the mechanical resistance of Teknotherm Cordierite plates are above 12 MPa pressure. The correct choice of carrier shelves helps to decrease the cost of the product in short and long term.
